Everytime i watch this video, all i want to do is give a good long hug to that baby. Poor baby- and what would it cost to that girl to hug the baby for a moment?

It sounds like these ladies are busy but boy, this woman is bordering on rough. She yanks the child up, by one arm (not gently) and then almost tosses him into his crib. Would it kill her to take 3 seconds to give the little kid a hug? It really looks like she hates her job and is not that fond of kids either.
