You have to remember that Victor is the only mogul that is "equal opportunity" on the Soaps. If Neil acts the way he does it's because he knows that as a "Visible Minority" in the Corporate World, mistakes are made, but aren't always forgiven. Also, how many other "Executives" do you see on the other Soaps, that are Visible Minorities, (None!!!). Not on GL, ATWT, or even B & B. Remy (GL) is just a "Token" if you ask me who needs a "Soul Sister" to hang with.
