Seriously... what is with the new wide...er player? There is now NO standard format that plays without letterboxes. Why?

reminds me of something that MusicFromBlueSkies did in November, 2008 when YouTube first introduced wide screen. "Blue Skies vs The Evil Black Bars of Doom"
