Not originally my design, adapted for 1.0.0
Video and narration showing how to build your own piston light system. Can be built back to back with lights spaced every two blocks. Can also be built in a daisy chain pattern as well. This is the simplest piston light i have been able to come up with.

I'm using it successfully in my movie theater in the soon to be mansion on my server, I found that you can chain them together end to end 1 more time by putting a piston on the other side of the end redstone torch and repeating it (Save space!)
