The last of three volumes produced for an architecture studio winter semester 2008 conducted by Mary-Ann Ray and Robert E. Mangurian based on the concept of the N.M.L. (New Metropolitan Library) - architecture of/and/in/against the library. This studio used film as the medium of developing and idea for the library. We used the thesis developed through volume 1, that is, the library as three distinct paradigms of information storage and dissemination. These three paradigms are the pre-book, book, and post-book. The library is located in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Each of the three characters represent one of these paradigms.
