The problem with magnetic engines is how to avoid magnetic equalibrium. This can be done by occilating one of the magnets. If we utilize an earth battery and a small motor such as you show here to occilate one of the magnets in a magnetic engine it seems we ought to achieve over-parity. Has anyone done this?
Nice job. My electrode EB works best when totally dry. I have not tried the ribbon approach as of yet though. Very good records of your experiments, this is important. Keep up your efforts.
