While I agree with this, I have to admit that this seems to be a pretty weak rebuttal to people's complaints about certain episodes (like mine) in which our complaint was that we got most of one without much of the other. That we *can* have our cake and eat it too doesn't mean that we do so in every episode. :P

@GabuEx That's the point, those things won't always necessarily be in the same episode. Some episodes are going to be sillier than others.

@ThisJustOne lol, when i was a kid, quality wasn't what i was looking for, infact, i don't think i was looking at all lol. then i didn't watch a cartoon in like 5 years (Not counting Pokemon) Then MLP came around and i realised the elements of a good cartoon. Point being. Everyone has watched a cartoon, but many of them didn't really ¨watch¨ them, if you get my drift

M.A. Larson is probably my favorite too, though Meghan McCarthy is a very close second since I loved Dragonshy, Party of One, Lesson Zero and Sweet and Elite.

@monkeyshine89 Hopefully the fact that they were able to produce plenty of cider with the help of the rest of the Mane Six at least taught them something and they'll have some extra assistance next year.

@Maozang I actually thought the same way. Don't people realize that next year will be the same as well.... no apple cider for anyone. I don't want the apple family to go out of business, but the flim flam brothers simply had a better business model. My innner CEO was rooting for the Flim Flam brothers.
