he speaks maguindanaon, from datu piang, maguindanao (formerly known as dulawan). An old town that hasnt really changed that much. Thats where my parents dad come from so im very proud of bapa danny for promoting this wonderful music to the world. i hope my kids can learn to play the kulintang insha allah.

Tagalog, maguindanaoan, and english for sure. Maybe more... I don't know. This piece is actually duyog, sinulog a kamamatuan, and kapagonor put together.
