How I had sprinted as a freshman

LOOK HOW FUNNY I RAN!
In freshman year I joined the sprinting team. I really sucked at it. I don't even know how I made it to regional. I'm better being a distant runner than a sprinter. This took place at Shadow Mountain high school 2006 and I don't know the date. I ran the 100m, 200m, and the 400m and I was ok on my 400m. I did PR in the 400m and got 1.22. Say what ever you want admit it I suck at sprinting :) But now in distance I do kick in with a full sprint and got better posture.

whats ur time im a freshman and my pr for a 400 is a 1:03 but i like to run the mile sub 5:20

my time in the 400m was 1.23. but now I run that pace in my other races. my fastest time the the mile last year in track was a 6.05

i agree with you dude...theres a guy in 8th on my track team who ran a 58 in practice my best is a 1:00 flat but im a sprinter 7th grade waitin for high school to roll around

i dont run the 400 lol our fastes kid runs 53 and ran a 1:56 800 as a soph
