@adiostraitorobama I would be cautious here. I find it's better to trace things back using feelings in the present than to go on a witch hunt for something you think might be there. Going into trance with the idea that something happened and you're going to find out what it is can lead to false memories.

So why bother to go there? Finding something is best done with methodical searching. As for changing childhood you can not. Change the pattern they have now. There is no evidence to prove that remebering th past heals the future. It's suposision and wastes time and life.

I partially disagree Jon. JUST remembering a traumatic event rarely generates healing. But if you take those memories through certain processes you can definitely change perspective and the way a person feels about related contexts in their present and future. I've seen it countless times.
