  • Nice vid, definately some grunt there but guessing it needs it. The only thing I think the ejection charge needs to be delayed more, nose be coming off as its still going up. lol Just a thought

  • I just usd D12-0 boosters for this test...when I fly it, it goes up on D12-5's or E9-6's. For a scratch build it flies great. After a landing mishapI had to replace the top section and repaint it. As it stands now the rocket is just short of 70 inches tall. At the time this was filmed it was only 60. I have another video on here of it's very first, moderately successful flight. Just after that vid was shot I repaired it with a longer top section and modified it for E and F motors.

  • Can you please explain the ignitor setup to ingnite multiple engines?

  • safety first as usual...

  • do you have a link to the video that you mention here? The one of the launch? This is a great video! thanks for sharing!

  • i really like to see people doing what they like to do nice vid ty for showing us

  • I decided I would make my own boosters, using thermite :S not a smart idea.

It melted my launch pad and burned/deformed the wires I used for igniting it. Oh and it didn't launch, everything was burned or melted before I could get any thrust.

  • Or you can have ONE skyhook propulsion motor talor made for their purposes...

  • ESTES MOTORS
