Blunden was a backup QB for KC back then. So the guy/gal is right. It's one of the names Al Bundy says: "So if Montana, Bono or Bluden goes down..." Believe me, I got in big trouble w/ the Chiefs at the time (I'm the guy who wrote the line). It was forbidden from then on to mention a player in the pre-game celeb videos, ESPECIALLY if you were implying that injury might befall them. Jocks being superstitious, and those around them coddling of course. Thanks for writing! -Ed
