  • Cinnamon is excellent to bring my sugar level down. It apparently does have many benefits. If I ate starches, (potatoes, carbohydrates) the day before, I will rise up quite tired the following morning, so I fix a bowl of oatmeal & add a teaspoon of cinnamon to it. I am revived & feel great the entire day. Check my sugar level, back to normal without any medication. It works!
