  • Fatalne oświetlenie sceny, solistów słabo widać, można się domyślać jak się w lepszym świetle prezentują..., obsada głosowo wyśmienita, brawissimo.

    La regia, le luci e la scenografia non mi hanno entusiasmato più di tanto!

    Per ora, considero come miglior versione quella al Met con Montarsolo, la stessa Horn, per la regia del grande Jean-Pierre Ponnelle!

  • Grazie per questo post! But it's not Henry Lewis the conductor at curtain calls, Henry Lewis was black! I don't recognize this conductor.

    ELVIRA was Denia Mazzola, that became Gavazzeni's wife, now his widow;

    ZULMA was Gloria Banditelli, a very fine baroque mezzosoprano;

    HALY could be Silvano Pagliuca, as in CD.
