This is generated by a Perl script I wrote which automatically datamoshes AVI videos. It condenses the datamoshing process into the execution of a single command. The script can datamosh arbitrarily large videos in pretty much no time at all.
The script duplicates frames randomly based on a given probability per I-frame and minimum and maximum duplication counts. This video was generated with the probability set to 1, and both minimum and maximum set to 20.
The audio was extracted from the original video, and fade in/out were added in Audacity.
