blushes are meant to be powdery? i ily bys.

I disagree on the black liquid eyeline - I got it in the glitter version though. and it doesnt get flakey on my eyes although because bys is a budget brand allot of people would probally get reactions to it and your skin would flake.

clinique's blushes are like that too....especially cupid!!!!
