Another Chinese game of questionable legality, The Yang Warrior Family is based on an old legend about a noble family that defends China against invading Mongols, only to be sold out by their peers. It's the subject of various films and television series, including classic Shaw Brothers kung fu films like Eight Diagram Pole Fighter and The Fourteen Amazons.
The game itself is an amusing if by-the-numbers arcade style beat-em-up in the vein of Golden Axe and Final Fight. It's fun but it gets old fast, not helped by the fact that there are no power ups, no magic, and special moves aren't really that special and are too difficult to pull off. Still, it's got pleasing graphics and isn't too bad, all things considered.
@shoemanbundy correct!

Were the graphics edits of other things, or original?

I can only describe games like these as Inuyasha if it took place in China. There is historical accuracy for the most part except for whatever magic and crazy monsters there are.
