@ifama A myth that white males seem 2 have is that Pres Johnson established aff. act. 4 BLACK people. Aff act was not exclusively designed 2 protect blacks from institutional racism. It was also intended 2 protect women, those with differing religious ideologise and national origins. JFK supported aff. act. because he was of irish descent and irish people have encountered some levels of discimination, as did Jews, women and gays. It was not design 4 blacks only. That is a RACIST myth!!!!

@trueritehere Thank you for clearing that up and keeping the record straight. Just like the same myth that the civil war was fought to free the enslaved african people, Adn you know I think the myth was so the Black people could think they got something and whites could FEEL as though they DID something. It is definitely something that I can get with because following the moves historically nothing has been done or is being done that benefit Black people solely.

Black nationalism has existed and been established thousands of years. Black Nationalism is essentially a state or territory governed by people of african descent or people of color. Today on the continent of Africa you have many Black nations, even in the western hemisphere you have black nations such as Haiti and even cuba has a large african population comprising its government. Negroes hear in america will find it difficult to exercise black nationalism because whites wont let them.

@trueritehere First of all I was talking about ideology of Black Nationalism here in America, a concept that has been bantered around for over a century. Secondly, couldn't NOBODY stop Black Nationalism if it's the WILL OF THE BLACK PEOPLE. Whites aren't stopping us from doing it, WE ARE. Let's keep it real.

@GrassrootsFreedom Yes I do have doubts but I am willing to learn. I think nationhood is important for any group of people to be self determinant. My skepticism to this point is based on the history of our effort toward Nationalism. Though efforts have been made the goal has not been achieved due to the many facets within our group called Black Folks. Though I am doubtful, I am still hopeful. You mentioned our "Lawful Freedom", please tell me upon whose laws is it based, natural or manmade?

@ifama Bottomline Abe was a WHITE supremacist who abolished slavery as a means of undermining southern based corporate and political centralization of wealth and power, which northern wage based corporations, politicians and earners saw as a threat to there place within americas social order and class status.
