NV Dept of Ag Scam involving WWER & NV Range mares

WWER became the victim of a scam put in motion by NDA, VRWPA & HorsePower - all out of Nevada. After a couple months when it became apparent that the horses were abandoned on our property, there was no support from the above groups and faced with a situation we could not handle alone, WWER asked several wild horse groups and advocates from Nevada for assistance. Since this has now crossed state lines and based upon what you say, the State of Nevada's Attorney General is not following through, isn't it time to call in a federal law enforcement agency to investigate this?
