  • The DNC didn't disenfranchise anyone, it was state governments of Michigan and Florida. If you have a problem, take it up with them. Or, hey, we could tear up all the rules about primaries. Hey, let's start the 2012 primary season next week - why not?

  • 5 states broke the rules: South Carolina, Iowa, New Hampshire, Fla. and Michigan. Only two were punished. In Fla, the Republican govnt broke the rules yet the DNC punished the dems in this crucial swing state. BO actively campaigned as uncommitted in MI-- and ran ads in Fla. when others did not. He BROKE THE RULES. The DNC awarded all uncommitted votes (tho two other candidates ran as uncommitted) and removed earned delegates from HRC. That's democracy? What if the DNC had done this to BO?

  • First off. Obama was not even on the ballot in Michigan, so how should the DNC count those votes?

Second, neither candidate actively campaigned in Florida, so it was essentially a beauty contest with Clinton obviously having more name recognition at the time.

Third, Clinton and her advisors who serve on the DNC agreed to these rules... until she starting losing.

Fourth, the rules are arbitrary but still serve a function - w/o any penalties, every state will move it's primary up to January.

  • First, Obama willingly took his name off the ballot in Michigan. Just like he had rival, Alice Palmer, taken off the ballot in Chicago - and they didn't count any votes for her. But he got all the uncommitted votes.

Second, Obama ran ads during the primary in Florida when no other candidate did.

Third, five states broke the rules. Only two were punished.

Fourth, an option to cast a re-vote, funded by Ed Rendell and others, was squashed by the Obama campaign.

    Is this democracy?

  • In retrospect now with all of the other videos made by delegates across the country who have story after story to tell about corruption in the delegate assemblies, this really outrages me. We should have a woman President right now I do believe and I say that not having voted for her either. But it doesn't matter, what concerns me is that every vote across the nation count and be represented by delegates correctly or else there is NO freedom in America. Why aren't more women made about this?

  • You Obama supporters sure know how to make friends and influence people... This kind of language will only serve to turn people away from your candidate. This is going to ge a very difficult election, and Obama needs all Democrats to win. You should not disrespect Hillary voters. You'll have only yourselves to blame if Obama loses to McCain.

  • Sure, the media was SOO biased against Hillary. I mean that month of non-stop coverage of Rev Wright. Fox harassing churchgoers. Wright's every move being covered as breaking news. His 3-hour speeched being carried live as if he were somehow important. Yeah that was ALL biased against Hillary. Get a clue. You people are idiots.

  • GET OVER IT FOLKS...She Lost!!! Even if FL was counted as is and Hillary was given all of her votes in MI and Obama got 0 out of MI, she would have been behind in the delegate count. She claims to have won the popular vote, but the only way she gets that is to give Obama 0 votes out of MI and completely ignore the caucus states that Obama won. So much for wanting all the states to count...she only wants the Hillary states to count.

  • Most of you are racist white people and crazy old, senile white women. HE DID NOT CAMPAIGN IN FLORIDA! HIS NAME WAS NOT ON THE BALLOT IN MI. THE CAUCUS STATE DO COUNT. Did you hear that? But mainly, it's the delegate count, stupid.
