HR 325 is a HOUSE REPUBLICAN EFFORT AT - MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY BILL. The President has a budget plan, the problem is that House Republicans want to get rid of Social Security and Medicare instead of making wise spending cuts. I don't have any confidence that the House will agree to a budget from the Senate. Speaker Bohner submitted a Plan B to cut school lunches for impoverished children in the US (luckily it failed) but then they passed spending to adopt orphan children in Russia.
