@berriencenter 2 reasons: 1. you can't tell the quality of a stroke by watching. words give you the insight as to what we're looking for - it's very exacting. 2. people spend thousands upon thousands for medical school, pt, chiro, massage school etc. and yet they cannot fix tough cases. for the price of one massage you get the education of a life time. that is not worth your investment?
i'm currently 29 and i'm at the place in my life that i'm deciding of either doing a fusion surgery or not. i'm not really sure what to do. i was born with this and it is now starting to take over my life slowly. i feel like it will help but also not. any thoughts?
My lumbar fusion from L3 to S1 was performed to fix another back surgery (re-do diskectomy) that caused my vertebrae to collapse, causing severe pain and a very unstable spine. The fusion was the only option, it did stabalize my spine, helped the pain, but I am still disabled from it all. I live on morphine to control the pain. All this at age 36. Now 42 and still suffering. But not from the fusion. Also have discogenic sclerosis. Which I don't know what that is or what it entails????
My L5-S1 fusio worked pretty well. I just got run over once I RETURNED TO WORK a ND IT MESSED ME UP FOREVER. .My surgery was the open type, with lots of muscles cut back . It hurt non escapable for a couple of weeks, plus I was drained, mentally and body too.
For me it's just hard to believe if someone had a fusion and is a pain free after that. I've had 4 microdiscetomy on L5-S1 and none of them worked. Most of people I talked to told me that fussion did make things worst than microdiscetomy that's why I am leaving fussion as my last option. But again it all depends what part fo the body we talkng about and each person's body reacts differently.
@berriencenter check reviews of the book on amazon. 5/6 are complete strangers. do those not speak to the validity of the work?

My double fusion at L4, L5, and S1 was successful. I live w/out pain meds, play tennis, hike, go to gym, etc. I am 32 and suffered since 26y.
