Documentario di Michael Moore sulla speculazione e i sopprusi in atto da parte delle assicurazioni sanitarie americane. Un crudo specchio della realta' drammatica a cui sono soggetti i cittadini americani che hanno la sventura di incorrere in malattie o incidenti. 50 milioni di americani sono privi di copertura sanitaria e i 250 milioni che invece ne potrebbero fruire devono fare i conti con postille,vessazioni,negazi oni e trucchi delle loro assicurazioni,un quadro desolante sui guai che cagiona la privatizzazione e sul fallimento del sistema americano.

prima di tutto che vergogna per l'USA che cuba sia 100 volte migliore nel sistema sanitario che quello di loro! poi cuba è un gran paese! certamente ci sono sempre problemi che alla gente non piace, è un paese povero sì! ma con salute ed educazione gratis che sono le 2 cose + importanti ! poi lasciamo stare comunismo o capitalismo, pensiamo per un momento a immaginare che cuba abbia tutte queste cose per la loro popolazione invece che L'USA è gia incredibile e vergognoso!!! peace! ;)

@lotwyo Maybe the doctors don't care that they are paid that little and can't leave the country, because they are helping people get better. I know you've posted this comment over 3 months ago, but consider that every country has it's strong, and weak points. Michael Moore isn't like: France has great healthcare, but this and that is wrong about France, or Cuba, or England. His main subjects are healthcare and America.

The problem with Michael Moore's documentaries, from the early Roger and Me, is that he is right on exposing problems and issues, but then he appeals to sensational, paparazzi-style chases and oversimplified conclusions. For instance: how can Cubans spend so little in health care? Simple: they pay their doctors less than $ 100 per month and forbid them to leave the country, so that they have to escape on boats to get a better job elsewhere.

Incredibile... se non vai a fare ricerche o vedi sti film, se guardi cosa ti dicono nella televisione normale Cuba cosè? Povertà, repressione, comunismo (cattivo), Fidel, bei posti, spiagge, sesso facile, arretratezza...ci sono anche ste cose ma cribbio, esiste un posto al mondo dove tutto va bene?

Sembra che con Obama sia passata la riforma del sistema sanitario. Speriamo bene. Qui in Europa vogliono privatizzare la sanità a cominciare da Berlusconi e Sarkozy...
