@GoldenTips1 wilt was an amazing player but the only reason he scored and rebounded that much is because back then the players were way shorter and weaker than him, plus the 100 point game was forced, if you read about it, they were actually deliberately giving him the ball so he could score all their points

People call this being a ballhog, but this is just following a basic basketball principle. Ride the hot hand. If you have a guy who's made 3-4 shots in a row, you can see if can hit a few more. In this instance the man happened to hit 11 in a row to give his team a 20 point cushion going into the 4th quarter.

30 points in one quarter...... just take a second and realize that. 99% of the players in the NBA can't even score 30 in an ENTIRE game let alone one quarter. He was a ball hog, I can't argue that, but nobody can deny Kobe's greatness. It's second only to Michael Jordan's.
