Also, do you have a tip on how to keep eyeliner from running? I use liquid eyeliner, and sometimes the stick, but no matter what I try, it always runs. I tried putting both liquid and and powder foundation under the eyes, but to no avail. I am CERTAIN it is not the mascara, it's the liner.

How much do you spend on make-up? I just buy cheap liquid eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss, and use blush when I'm wearing white and need some color...
