Can you be grateful any time you want? Can you plan to be grateful in good times and bad? Can you use it as a strategic tool in both your business and home life? Can gratefulness actually take its place right along side any of the other proven and effective practices that are available to help you create a more satisfying and productive life? I was thinking of just these questions when I wrote this week's featured poem. Take a look and listen and let me know what you think. The beauty of gratefulness as a practice is its utter simplicity and yet its deep, no nonsense ability to transform our work and home lives. Try a simple practice of thinking of 3 things (Even better to write them) you are grateful for each night just before going to bed. Give it at least one week. I'm pretty confident you will like the results you get. Lastly, if you want to know more about the practice of gratefulness check out the amazing resources on this web site: www.gratefulness.org. I've been a supporter of this fine non-profit organization for many years. Good people! Great vision! Right time!
