@tig2123 OK? Where the hell can you get an HK 416? do you actually own one?
-
@coyotesniper and by the way, a catastrophic failure is any problem a $2500 rifle experiences where it puts you in a position to get your ass shot off when you are in some sort of fire fight with a junky and an AK

@stevenrobertlord so you are saying that if we pay $2000 for gun. we should never shoot it because it could brake. You are aware this gun was meant for Military use right?
-
A man pay that much for a weapon like that it better shoot 10,000 rounds with less than 25 malfunctions!!!!
-
Next thing you know they will be telling you they didn't design the civilian models to shoot that many rounds like you would in CQB. You know TPTB don't want civilian models to perform better than the a MilSpec weapon.

dont even bother with that piece of shit...

i was thinking now. if as u and bushmaster gunsmith say that ACR is NOT designed to fire 5.56, than it's might be the barrel and to be more precise THE CHAMBER that can not withstand high pressure and gets wider after heating up, thus allowing the empty case to loose it's shape ( blow, get wider) and become difficult to extract. extractor claw drags, pulls it it but it takes to much energy and in the end the extraction cycle is not fully completed. u need stronger chamber. what do u think?

Why dont you try some silicon oil ithelped mine a little bit

I don't condemn that fact that you seem to shoot alot, but if your firearm continually jams...why do you continue to shoot it? I understand if you have like a malfunction or 2 that's an easy fix like tapping your mag to make sure it's seated or swapping out ammo. my question/concern is why not stop shooting right then and there and break down the rifle and figure out what is going on. personally I love the drill you're doing, it's great practice but why abuse a firearm if it effects training

Is it so hard to make a AK-47 with picatinny rails, and the problem is solved!
-
because you use rounds of shit
-
man you don't know how to operate this kind of weapons i recomenden you learn firts how to use
This is gun abuse! It is possible to wear a gun out by shooting it all the time, especially when it is not working properly!

@stevenrobertlord What? Don't shoot it lots. You wouldn't want to become proficient now would you? And by the way, I did eventually get it figured out and it runs fine.

DID YOU EVER CLEAR UP THE PROBLEM COMPLETLY? I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH MY ACR NOW. THE BOLT CARRIER IS FAILING TO CLOSE COMPLETELY. IT EJECTS THE SPENT ROUNDS FINE AND CHAMBERS A NEW ROUND BUT THE BOLT CARRIER ISNT FULLY CLOSING FOR LACK OF A BETTER TERM.

@toolmantom00 My issues were taken care of so far. They replaced the gas regulator and the Op-Rod spring. Maybe you need a new recoil spring? They will look into it if you send it in for service, just expect them to have it for a while.
