Better than prosecco ? Well...yes, actually. Such is prosecco's popularity, it tends towards over-production and some rather thin, mean wines result. So glass-for-glass, yes, sparkling pecorino for me.

And if we're talking best vs best, my own personal preference would again be for a sp.pec over even a top Prosecco Cartizze.
