Yeah, the $189 scam was just the good 'ol days....now, once they get your credit card number they follow it up with a $400 charge after 10 days. It doesn't matter if you send the CD lesson back or not, you WILL get charged. Then the fun begins, because most banks have an allotted time frame in which you can dispute a bogus charge, and video professor is conveniently able to delay your refund beyond the time alloted by most banks! They've haven't backed down at all....it's now a 'super scam'!

I also tried a "free lesson". On the tenth day from my order my debit card was charged $189.95. I called them that same day as the very fine print said to call within the tenth day for a Return Authorization which I have obtained. I was told it would be a month or so. Two months later I was told 15 business days. A month later I was told 72 hours. That was last Monday, I called Friday and they said they meant five days and it would be there over the weekend. Told 72 hours again this morning!
Have you tried the product or did you just base this on other people's posts?
