OMG- I remember being a teenager around 1984 listening to this band. Me and my friends would have the speakers turned up so loud it felt like our ears were bleeding.
Awesome band. Will always be a fan of theirs because they showed me music in a whole different way. I look at this band as the band that got me into play guitar. Shortly after I heard them play, another band was just coming into their own...Metallica. I startling playing guitar 7-10 hours a day. Thank you Meatmen

Attending college in NC one of my best friends there was from Detriot and he had "The Blood Sausage EP" on White vinyl. The picture on the record had a guy with a big ole boner and a hunting knife coming up thru his backside and thru the ole boner, SICK! Never been a punk fan but man I got so many laughs out of Tooling for Anus in the early eighties its not even funny.
