Champagne isn't called bubbly for no reason at all. It takes a bit of skill to open a bottle of champagne. The point is to open it slowly so that the bubbly doesn't end up all over your guests and in to the glass.
The things you'll need:
Hot girl
bottle of your favorite champagne
clean linen
1. Remove the foil
2. Untwist the cage surrounding the cork
3. Hold the bottle firmly on the bottom with one and on top of the cork with the linen with the other hand. The hand holding the bottom of the bottom should twist. Do not twist the cork!
4. You should hear a whoof and not a pop. This will contain the bubbles and deter your cork from shooting out and hitting any of your guests.
5. Pour about a 1/3 into the champagne flutes slowly and gently with the glass at an angle
6. Make a toast! Enjoy!
