ON OUR WAY [ Guitar Freaks 3rd MIX and drummania 2nd MIX, Guitar, PS2 ]

I get all COOL (perfect) in this video, but it's not a perfect score, and this is a great time to explain the stupid score mechanism for this game. Ignore the "secret notes", I don't think they're in the newer songs at all and if they are, I doubt you can find them outside of two player.

The score problem is, notice that you can do wailing plays slightly later than they appear. About a whole second, maybe a bit longer (it's a time rather than an actual measurement of the song. It actually multiplies your score whenever you do a wailing play - the bonus is a multiple of your score - and if you do it later, it multiplies it by your score at the time. Therefore, if you wait until the last possible moment to do a wailing play, you get a higher score. So if I entered internet ranking back in 1983 or whatever with this score, I would have been soundly beaten.

Oh and the animations suck. But Thomas Howard is still cool.

This is the first Video where I can definitely recognize my voice as the MC (not only the singer). Except the voice at the very end wasn't me for some reason. ("That was the best so far") Weird.
