http://www.westcoastblues.net - West Coast Blues By David Blacker
This is 1 of 3 Hollywood Fat's style solos from David Blacker's West Coast Blues guitar course. The style breaks down the style of Hollywood Fats, a great L.A.-based blues player whose style sounded like a cross between T-Bone Walker and Clarence Gatemouth Brown. While Fats left us much too early, his legacy lives on in recordings made with his band as well as many other artists, including L.A. roots-rock stalwarts the Blasters.
