I figured this one out by ear. It's actually not too hard, as far as the basics go. The chords are just G - C - G - D - Em - C - G - D, G - C - G - D - Em - C - G - D -G for the verses and C - G - D - Em - C - G - D - G on the chorus. As for the tin whistle part from the song I play as a lick here, play around with the A and D strings, using open, second and third frets on A and fitfth and second frets on D. Hope that helps.
