  • 2:12 the face of bloodlust. My god.

  • @1iquid777 No longer bloodlust. Pure Rapeface

  • Asuka kills harpies 5 minutes before the end of the world, while Hideaki Anno plays unfitting music.

  • @KAsnuja Why unfitting? I find it very fitting! :D

  • What deliciously inappropriate music.

  • Why? I think it's ideal for bigger masacre just like "Moon Sonate" or "Ave Maria" XD

  • I think it's absolutely appropriate. The guy from "A Clockwork Orange" got his rocks off to Beethoven and didn't Hannibal Lector also have a thing for Bach? Or "Schindler's List", Nazis killing people, also to the tune of Bach.

  • copyrights free.

  • im sure Bach would be proud of this

  • Fail @ anyone who think this music is unfitting. you have NO idea of ART! :D

  • I like to watch this scene every now and then to remind myself how awesome the series is.

  • at first, seeing eva 2 killing those eva 5 like ease, i was thinking " are you serious" then when they show their true form with the duplicated version of lance of longinus, i was thinking " are you serious"

  • @Anthonyplaybass I want to die winning against unwinnable odds, and then walking away without a scratch. And then making out with my wife. And then NEVER DYING EVER.

  • @NecronomiPod I thought it was meant to be about Asuka finally finding her strength again.

  • @KAsnuja It is fitting, just not obviously so. It's chilling, ironic and melancholy, giving a sense of hopelessness given the situation and what is inevitably to come. It works in a similar way to Fly Me To The Moon.

  • 1 person has been excluded from the Human Instrumentality Project.
