If you do not bring back Manufacturing back there will be no hope. Tax imports and level the playing field. If you do not want to Manufacture here then you must pay for the privilege of selling to this Countries population. No more should we allow so called American companies use our Government as a shelter from having to pay their share. Companies where making profit before they left and decided to use slave labor and bypassing environmental laws by going to other Countries who do not care.
