Not unprofessional. He clearly wants the audience to have the full effect of the song without another band rudely interuppting. If anything, whoever was in the background was unprofessional. I'm sure they made whatever band was practicing stop because it was interfering with this performance. I'm glad he said something. Rock on, Glen. <3 Marketa, you're beautiful. Gotta love The Swell Season.

Kinda unprofessional to just stop playing because of technical issues, the audience shouldn't have to know about anything else but the show.
But still, pretty damn funny :D
