  • is this really how they sound? cuase it sounds like its going to blow up that crzy lol......wow....is it? is this a 2 cylindar? cuase it really doesnt sound good well plz tell me

  • This is a single cylinder engine. Most fishermen say that there is no problem with this engine sound. I think so, too.

  • this isn't a YS series as they have a horizontal cylinder head. I've got a YSM8G in my yacht.

  • This is a Yanmar SK ,6ps/1,700rpm.

  • did the boat sank?

  • The engine room was half filled with rainwater.

  • how much did you pay Noah for your yanmar?

Seriously though, i've got a yse8 i rebuilt and it sounds exactly like this.

Once you get them starting reliably, they go and go and go. mine uses 800 mls of deisel an hour

  • @dustinklngs

Yeah, this engine is running quite well..

  • @dustinklngs diesel engines knock because the flame front of the explosion moves much faster in the cylinder than gasoline does.

  • 0:46 cool bloop sound :)

  • These 1 cylinder diesels run for ever !

  • whats the hp and is it water cooled?

  • the nocking noise you hear that most people mistake as a nocking rod is the diesel injector
