US divided over stem cell research reversal - 09 Mar 09

Scientists have welcomed plans by Barack Obama, the US president, to reverse his predecessor's policies that restricted funding to stem cell research, but the planned move has also drawn criticism.

Okay, you know what, Obama should stop being a pussy and come out to say what secularitsts and rationalists want him to say, which is that religious people have no right to interfere with scientific development, and if they don't like what they see, then maybe they can boycott medicine, cellphones, and any other products that are the end result of the accumulation of scientific research. children, and according to them, every human being has a 'soul'. Well, if that's the case, since every cell has the potential to clone and multiply itself, then does that mean that human souls can be cut into pieces and then be allowed o replicated? Also, human being that are alive all have a conscience, that since stem cells are just single, well, cells, they are not human beings! Religious hypocrites who continue to oppose any scientific progress simply sicken me to no end.
