@AngryIrish55 I guess it's possible that the vinegarroon just dug a hole in her head using its jaws.

@Greeniemean1 It had eight legs. It is in fact a Vinegarroon or Thelyphonida thought rather large for the species. Far from home as well and typically arent potent enough to kill humans.

I think the tattoo that killed that tied up woman Tommy saw is a vinegarroon. I looked it up and it kinda looks like a bug but it's an arachnid.
