Clearly the dog is playing a game and jumping for the treat... obviously he's nervous because its new but far better to distract him with a game until he's used to them. Do not judge someone from one video. the fact that they bought boots to protect his feet in the snow should comunicate that he is cared far.

@xoOnatalieOox The cruel part is that she is parading him about in them, he obviously doesn't like them. You can tell from the dog's body language that he is nervous and confused. What made me mad is that she is basically taunting him with the treat waving it in front of him but when he goes for it she takes it away. It wouldn't have bugged me so much if she had given him a treat for every time he came to her...... ://end rant
