I dont see anything that the staff did wrong.. the kid loks like he was
non compliant and not following instructions.. plus we dont know what the child did prior to them sitting the child down. Keep in mind that these kids are not at this facility for stealing a pack of gum...lol,lol...

now i see whats going on, I saw part one/ cam recording from the bunk beds. it look like the guy put him in a sleep hold. That place should be shut down
