THIS IS NOT ACTION REPLAY
its very hard to get charmander to appear and takes a very long time as well but i tested it myself many times and had a friend of mine test it as well and here are the steps shown in the video:
1. Go to resort area.
2. Go up to route 229.
3. go through opening in right into very long grass.
4. keep moving in grass until charmander appears.
if you try but still can't get charmander to appear, i gave "strachito" (Youtube name) a charmander which he bred and will now trade with anyone who wants to trade. send him a pm if u want to trade.
axe0fm is breeding dratinis if anyone wants any just pm him and he is offering a shiny giratina for lugia, manaphy or shaymin.
