Calm down folks. Think of irradiated food as a processed food. It's not fresh, but consuming irradiated vegetables is no more dangerous than eating canned, frozen or, for that matter cooked vegtables.

Irradiation is like laser treatment. If you use the right frequencies, no damage done. Laser can heal tissue and restore sight. However, if you use the wrong frequencies, you can cause damage to vitamins, proteins, among other things. Yes, "radiation" (which is the politicized way of saying "electromagnetic waves") can cause molecular damage, but if you know the right frequencies, radiation can provide health benefits.

How did E-coli get in the spinach in the first place? E-coli is used to Genetically Modify food!

Every time they fix something they create a new problem. Pesticides make food expensive to grow, MG food makes food toxic to eat, and irradiated food makes the food lethal! You can easily and safely locate you kids, just feed them irradiated food and they will glow in the dark.

If it is so good why not label it so people can get the good irradiated food. Personally I want nothing to do with it.
