Jeka runs 5k Road Race

Jessica entered the Cigna 5K road race in Manchester, NH on Thursday, August 13th. She did very well, running for most, if not all, the way through!

Her Mom has run this race just about every year for the past fifteen years, but was sidelined this year with sore feet and knee problems. (sigh) Tough getting old. But we had a fun time cheering her on, along with her brother David and her boyfriend Jesse.

Next year, we ALL vow to enter the race! (entering the race is no big deal, so long as you have a good exit strategy, like . . . the first pizza joint I spy)
