"I Believe In You", from 20 Greatest Hits by Don Williams (1980).
Former US Senator Mike Gravel - a candidate for President of the United States in 2008.

Song written and performed by Don Williams (1980).
Music accompanying a still photograph montage highlighting aspects of Mike Gravel's Presidential campaign platform for 2008, his ideas/values, his National Initiative proposal, and the record of his legislative/political accomplishments since the 1970s.
Among these are:
* the end of peacetime conscription ("the Draft") in the United States
* full release of the Pentagon Papers onto the public record, exposing the course of policy decisionmaking leading to US involvement in civil and military conflict in Indochina
* cessation of nuclear weapon testing in the North Pacific through an organisation he formed that was a precursor to Greenpeace International
* facilitation of the first Inuit Circumpolar Conference
* introduced and sponsored the initiative in the US Senate that, by one vote, established the construction of the Trans-Alaska (Oil) Pipeline
* opposition to the continuation of US military involvement in Iraq
* opposition to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" re military recruitment/retention policies
* advocacy of the "Fair Tax" national retail sales tax proposal
* the National Initiative Proposal to facilitate a means of citizen-initiated lawmaking at every level of government in the United States
Done with Windows MovieMaker and all still images.
He's still campaigning for the Dem Presidential nomination in the US, but he hasn't won a delegate yet. Not the fairest reflection of the level of support for him.
It'll be a shame if not even the man himself gets to be a delegate at their '08 convention. He's done enough to interest people in voting for a Democrat.

Those nominations can't come from anyone: from certain organisations, from professors in certain disciplines (eg. international law) and from members of national parliaments. So approach your Federal MHR to make the nomination. But why would he be a better more likely choice than the former Senator Gareth Evans?
