very good, I broke my arm last October, so I didn't know if one month was ok to train and do it, but I gave it a try and I did 1:44 for half marathon, and I am very happy!! we hope to return next time for the full marathon. did you run again this year?

WOW!! Youd did 1:44 and only trained a month!!? EXCELLENT JOB! I didn't run Miami this year - ran 2 others though - hope to run Disney next year - doing Nashville Marathon in April - My highest Congrats to you and your excellent time!! YAY!

This is a side of you I did not know Wow! I ran half marathon once and always wanted to run a full one but the half almost killed me. I like surprises a late congratulations.
