I have been teaching BP for 12 years 2-3 per week I have never had an injury. I follow the program & use their weight recommedations. There are "copycat" barbell classes that participants are getting injuries in.I have been to a couple and it is damn scary what instructors will have their class do.They are not qualified or trained to teach a high rep light weight barbell classes. Group Fitness weight lifting is different than the Free weight room.Bodypump is a very safe program

I just started doing bodypump and I love it already. My knees didn´t hurt at all! But we train in small groups so the instructor can really see what everyone is doing and can correct you if you´re doing it wrong.

This is a ridiculous way to use the barbell. This is like a barbell complex done with very poor ROM. The squat form sucks.
