back hand lift is like the same thing. abit lik federers back hand movement without the spin on the ball. i prefer the backhand because it covers more ground when they attack. however if it goes too your forehand you have no choice but to use forehand def

if u mean when its at the back of the court. me andmy doubles partner have a system where if it goes to my backhand ... i do a block/ cross court drop. the opponent rarely gets to it cause its so unexpecting...

what happen if it come into my backhand? cant lift it with backhand, can only block the shuttle...
