I honestly cant wait to have this procedure done. I am as poor as a single mom of 3 can be, but am saving saving saving and will be going for this hopefully by March of 2012. I am so ready to start my new life and work towards a new healthier happier me...!!!

Hello. I'm having my surgery on Monday 21st and my question is how soon can start working out to try and avoid as much as i could excess skin?

@RQ8Y You can start walking on a treadmill 7 days out but only for 10-15 minutes. It's not until you are 30 days out where you can pretty much do any exercise you like.

i'm having surgery in 18 days, i'm scared. i'm not scared of the pain, i'm scared it won't work on me as well as i hope it will. i'm scared that after the surgery i'll lose a little weight and just gain again. let's just hope for the best..
